CRM Desktop: Display DPI Issue

In CRM Desktop, with change in resolution in control panel, Contact view disappeared (because it did not have defined fixed size). Cannot scroll to the bottom if the form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display: Make sure that DPI is set 100%
2. Open CRMDesktop open any Account. The form is OK now
3. Change DPI to 150%
4. Open Account form again.
5. Some forms gets overlapped and scroll down does not show complete form.
