Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.17 [IP2013] version, Installation

While clicking Enterprise-Component Definition, or profile configuration in Administration Server Configuration , getting the below error,
SBL-NET-01218: The connection was refused by server vvsl21147. No component is listening on port 49163.

We are able to connect to srvrmgr in cmd promt and able to perform all server management activities.
