Goal

A contact record (S_CONTACT) was imported through EIM with invalid US phone number having less than 10 digits.
Any updates to the other contact fields trigger the phone number validation with error SBL-UIF-00299 and SBL-DAT-00421.

How to stop this validation from triggering for invalid US phone numbers imported via EIM?
