SRBroker error while doing Clear Cache for LOV

While performing clear cache for LOV, getting below error message

The invalidation message for cache type 'LOV' was not sent. Please check whether the server component SRBroker is down.(SBL-DAT-00609)

Enterprise is having 4 Siebel servers, out of one server is having issue. When ever request goes to this problematic server error "SBL-DAT-00609" is reported while performing clear cache.
