Siebel Tools Client installation fails with MSSQL2014 SP1
ERROR

Microsoft SQL Server : Setup has not been able to detect Microsoft SQL Client installed on your computer. In order for Siebel to function properly, you must first install Microsoft SQL Client
STEPS
-----------------------
1. MSSQL2014 SP1 has been installed.
2. SQL Server Native Client 11.0 has been installed.
3. oraparam.ini has been changed as below.
[Driver.SQL.2000.ODBC]
Caption=Microsoft SNAC (SQL Native Client)
Version=any
Signature=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\SQL Server Native Client 11.0,driver
4. Siebel Tools Client for IP2014 has been launched.
5. At step 6, error message is shown as above.
