Symptoms

PRODUCT VERSIONS:
------------------------------
SIEBEL VERSION: Siebel 15.9
DATABASE VERSION: Oracle 11.2.0.3
SIEBEL APP O/S: Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------------------

Customer created a new custom Integration Object with two integration components. When customer uses the new IO to query for data, the output only shows the Parent/root Integration Component but does not show any data for the child integration component.

WHERE IT HAPPENED:
-------------------------------
The issue happens in customer's Development environment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Create custom business components.
2. Create a new IO using the custom business component with two ICs, where one is the root and one is the child.
3. Deploy the IO to the runtime table.
4. Use the IO in a query for some data.
5. The data only returns the root IC and nothing for the child IC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-------------------------------
The expected behaviour is that the query using the IO should return both ICs as defined in the IO.

WHAT IS NOT WORKING/ACTUAL RESULTS:
-------------------------------------
The actual result is that the output only contains the root IC and no child IC.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:
--------------------------------------------
This feature is a part of customer's ongoing effort to implement/upgrade to Siebel IP2015 version. Since the IO is not working, customer is not able to see the data required for further processing.
