Symptoms

When attempting to start gateway service, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"not started: Cannot confirm start of service process"

and error in /orasbl/DEVSM/siebel/crm/8.1.1/gtwysrvr/log/NameSrvr.log
