Call Center Toolbar Is Not Working After Updating IE From 8 To 11

Goal

1. Its known that in HI, toolbar would be displayed on top of the Siebel page, within which end user could answer call, transfer calls or make a call. Does toolbar in open UI display in the same position?

2. Dose toolbar in open UI have the same button or functions?
