Set Field Value For Transient Business Component Fields fails with Field Read Only Error In Script (Doc ID 2148526.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.8 [IP2015] version, Task Based UI

Invoking external application through VBC in TBUI

ERROR
-----------------------
This operation is not available for read only field 'Description'.(SBL-DAT-00402)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Task based on Action BO
2.Create new Business service which has script to create new record and set the Description field value in 'CUT TaskUI TBC Action'

var bc=bo.GetBusComp("CUT TaskUI TBC Action");
with(bc)
{
ClearToQuery();
SetViewMode(AllView);
ActivateField("Description");
NewRecord();
SetFieldValue("Description","124");
WriteRecord();
}

3.Call this Business service in Task i.e.,start-business service - task view(based on Action BC) - end
 

When the task is invoked,business service step is errored out [2]This operation is not available for read only field 'Description'.(SBL-DAT-00402)

Using Siebel Operation Step to Set the Field Value
1.Create Task based on Action BO
2.Create Siebel Operation Insert Step to create new record in 'CUT TaskUI TBC Action'
3.Task config : start-Siebel Operation- task view(based on Action BC) - end

 When the task is invoked, new record is created without error
