On : 8.1.1.14.16 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering an invalid value e.g. ‘z’ within a picklist and Tab out of it, the value is reset to null instead of providing suggestions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When entering an invalid value e.g. ‘z’ within a picklist and Tab out of it, the value should be reset but suggestions should be provided


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Contacts and edit an existing Contact
2. In the form applet, field Mr/Mrs type an invalid value e.g. ‘z’ and tab out
3. The entered value is just reset, and the dropdown does not pop up
4. Do the same in the list applet and the dropdown pops to present the possible options

BUSINESS IMPACT
