'undefined' Console Errors in Signature Applet (Doc ID 2148838.1)

Symptoms

Error in Signature Applet configured as per documentation:

NOTE: The same behavior is observed in vanilla Siebel Applet in Invoices > Signature tab.

STEPS
----------------------
1. Went to Invoices > All Invoices

2. Drilled on one Invoice and selected Signature on the bottom Applet.

View: FS Invoice Signature View-OUI
Applets: Applet[0]: FS Invoice Entry Applet w/Total (new); Applet[1]: FS Invoice Signature List Applet; Applet[2]: FS Invoice Signature Form Applet-OUI;

Errors appear in the Browser Console and the UI is scrambled for the Signature Applet.
