Promotion Line Item Is Missing In Bulk Request - Modify, Disconnect

On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Order Management

Bulk Promotion disconnect with child type Contact Id not taking all promotion related assets into bulk order.

Bulk Promotion disconnect with child type Contact Id should place disconnect order with all promotion and its component products assets

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created One Product (Child) and release it
2. Created One more product(Root) with structure type as customizable
3. Add Child product under this Root Product and release it
4. Create One Promotion product and add Root Product under this and release
5. Create Contact and select Account
6. Place order against contact and add Promotion Under line items
6. Complete all line items and Order and do Auto Asset for each line item
7. Place one more order with same promotion against same contact and prepare
assets for it

Note::- Two promotion instances present in Asstes

Create Bulk request as follows
1. Create new Bulk request with any name
2. Create Action Set as follows
Account = Select Account Name
Type = Modify
Child Type = Contact Id

3. Create Instances as follows
Select Contact using Pick Applet

4. Create Actions as follows
Action Code = Delete
Base Product = Promotion Product

5. Submit the Request and wait until the request moves to Complete

Navigate to Bulk Orders tab and drill down on Order Number
