Symptoms
CONTEXT: Form Applet custom control with property HTML Type set as "Mailto" has rendering issues
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: Control should be rendered properly.
STEPS:
1. Changed in "Contact Form Applet" for control "EmailAddress" the HTML Type, to "Mailto"
2. Compiled and tested
3. Went back and made the Control Read Only
4. Compiled and tested
Results

#2. It works OK
#4. The behavior is REPLICATED > Email icon is overlapping with the content of the field.
