WHAT IS THE DESIRED BEHAVIOR?
Allow access to the Siebel Client when a user has opened the Siebel Email
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR?
Siebel Client not allowing user to copy information from the applet when user
has opened the Siebel Email Client (F9) on the same screen
Steps to replicate the scenario:
1)User navigates to a Service Request detail view
2)User opens the Siebel Email client from Service Request to send an email to
the Contact. (Using F9)
3)User wants to copy/paste info from the Service Request detail view into the
email body but this is not possible. The user has to Cancel the email to get
access to the Siebel UI.
