Symptoms

On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, Siebel Workflow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
All must match ignore case not working as case-insensitive in case of process property to process property comparison in workflow decision step conditions



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In all the cases Ignore Case should should work on workflow decision conditions with Case-Insensitive

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Workflow with following steps
2. Start
3. Create 3 new Process properties Str1,Str2,Outcome
4. Add decision step
5. Add condition to connect Workflow Utilities BS step 1
Expression, All Must Match(Ignore Case)
Value : [&Str1] = [&Str2]
In BS set Output as literal Match
6. Add one more default connector to connect to Workflow Utilities BS step 2
7. In BS 2 outputs set Outcome as No Match
8. Simulate the workflow by passing inputs as follows
Str1 = Test
Str2 = tes

Out come came as No Match even though Ignore case specified in condition
