“SC Workflow Monitor Agent SWI” a cloned workflow monitoring agent is monitoring workflow policy group “SWI Customer Update Policy Grp” and invokes OOB workflow "SWI Contact Update Workflow" which sends contact/account/address related updates to UCM via AIA. This component is enabled on 7 application servers of Siebel Enterprise in production environment.
