Show More and then Show Less on List applets breaks next record/next recordset behavior

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Log into Siebel Application
  2. Navigate to the Accounts List
  3. Create 25 Accounts
  4. Show All Accounts
  5. Click the Next Page button and observe that counter goes to 11-20 of 20+
  6. Click the Show More button, and note that it is 1-20 of 25
  7. Click the next page button again and note that it advances correctly, 6-25 of 25
  8. Go back to the first page (1-20 of 25) and then click on Show Less button and it shows 1-10 of 25
  9. Click Next page and note that it doesn't advance the page but advances the counter (21-25 of 25); Note that there are 10 records being displayed
  10. Click Next page again, and note its display (26-25 of 25), which irrelevant to the records displayed
  11. Go back a couple Pages and select the First record then click the Next record button to get to the end of the page
  12. Click Next record one more time and note the counts - note that records have not moved but counter has moved
  13. Advance a few more, and notice the list above doesn't change, but the counter moves indicating 13-22 of 25 etc
  14. This behavior only appears when you use Show More and then Show Less, and then start moving to records off the first page.

Repeated tests show this odd behavior but counter sometimes show even differently than above but wrong values.
