Open UI Keyboard issue
When the call center agent uses Keyboard to reduce call time by selecting the drop down and selecting the value using key board, the IE11 user has to use the TAB key twice to select the value from the pick list and move to the next field. But in Chrome and Firefox it works fine and the TAB navigation can be achieved with a single tab.
The issue is only noticed while using the IE 11 browser.
The user should be able to navigate the detail applet field by tabbing once using the keyboard "Tab" key.
