Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.10 [IP2014] version, Configuration - General

Dear Support,

We have some problems with popup applets in Open UI.  The same config works without errors In HI object manager. This configuration has been in production without problems until we started testing same configuration with the Open UI object manager.  The Open UI client hangs and there is a javascript error in the Browser console.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error is in the Browser console.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘DeletePopup’ of null, Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘DeletePopup’ of undefined

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Here are the steps to reproduce it.
1. Open screen Collector Interface BPM Screen, view TCS Collection BPM View
Press button "BKI" on applet , that calls external system by link using a symbolic url.
In this case everything is good with this button, but problems starts later, after user closes the popup applet with the symbolic url and then resume work with the Siebel client.
2. If the user then presses the button "New Phone" on TCS Phone Analysis List Applet, the Method ShowPopup invokes and applet TCS Add New Number Phone Popup Applet appears.
3. They then click on windows browser windows "Close" X on the upper-right of applet to close the applet and then system hangs on about 1-1.5 minutes.

Browser Console Log:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘DeletePopup’ of null, Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘DeletePopup’ of undefined

Changes

Same configuration but now testing the Open UI enabled object manager.
