Browser Scripts Are Not Working In IP16

Browser Scripts are not getting triggered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a browser script on Siebel IP 16 (Open UI), where we have put the browser script on Applet_PreInvokeMethod.
