In the QA environment, the dynamic drilldown always goes to the Activity list view regardless of what the Category value is. We have a dynamic drilldown configured to go to Account Call or Contact Call views if the Category value is Account Call or Contact Call. The dynamic drilldown only works correctly if we add Siebel Administration responsibility to the use. Then the dynamic drill down works fine. That user does have visibility to the destination view even before we added the Siebel administration responsibility to that user.
Since this is only happening in QA, it works fine in DEV, it makes it difficult for us to troubleshoot and unit test this. We would like to know what can change the behavior on dynamic drill down?
If the user has a responsibility for the destination view that the dynamic drilldown should go to, then the dynamic drilldown should drilldown to that view.
This is vanilla configuration that has been working for a long time, and this incorrect behavior only started when re-organized or "cleaned up" the responsibilities in the QA environment.
The dynamic drilldown on the Activity List Applet with Navigation has a dynamic drilldown on the Action BC Category field, that can drill down to the "LS Pharma Account Call Detail Execute View" or the "LS Pharma Contact Call Detail Execute View". This drill down does not work for some users after changing the responsibilities.
