ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employee list View is freezing in Open UI

Employee Skill View is freezing after Open UI upgrade.
Employee Skill List Applet; Applet[2]: Employee Skill Item List Applet.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Employee list View should not freeze
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel
2. Navigate to Administration User Employee Skill View
3. Click on the search combo box

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue the application hangs.
