Symptoms

On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, Upgrade from 8.1.1.11

When attempting to run upgrep from 8.1.1.11 to Siebel CRM 15.5, the following error occurs and reported in ddlctl_tab.log.

 Upgrading to from prior version of Siebel CRM to latest versions. In this case 8.1.1.11 to 15.5 version.
