Qn1:Need Capability for CRM to act as a closed-circuit messaging platform between members of the Sales Force.
Examples of messages : Market information, Contests
This would mean sharing and collaborating using market information and holding contests among the group.
Is there a module in Siebel IP15.11 for Content Management or similar to achieve the above functionality. I don't see content management module. If not what is the other recommended alternative?
Qn2:Is the adapter certified for IP 2015 and IP 2016.
Also, is there a Instant messenger based application like a chat server that can be leveraged by the Sales teams to chat amongst themselves.
