Method BCNextRecord of Standard BS "SIA BC Utility Service" generates wrong SQL-Query
The BS step from the workflow process loops through a set of records and the Where Clause becomes longer and longer : the Search Spec is added repeatedly to the conditions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For a Workflow with:Start, BS step, Decision point and End step, BS step with Business Service Name: SIA BC Utility Service and Business Service Method: BCNextRecord. In the log file, the same Search Spec should not be added repeatedly to the conditions.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create workflow process with 4 steps: Start, BS step, Decision point and End step.
2. BS step with Business Service Name: SIA BC Utility Service and Business Service Method: BCNextRecord
3. Simulate the workflow process
