ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Report button missing in Tangerine Theme

When is changed theme to Tangerine from Gray the report button disappears (on 8.1.1.11 patchset 6 Open UI version /Chrome). However when the Chrome is refreshed the button reappears. But again logout and relogin makes the button invisible which can be made visible by a refresh again.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

When using Tangerine theme the report button should be active and available.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Go to User Preferences -> Behavior
2. Choose: Navigation Control: Tab and Theme: Tangerine Tab
3. Logout
4. Login back (the Report button is not available)
