How Do We Remove Options From The Service Request Select Chart Dropdown?

On the Service Request Charts screen, in Open UI IP2015, there are a LOT of options in the first dropdown with the heading "Select Chart". Most are broken and cause the system to hang. How do we edit those so we only have a few options which actually work?
