Unable To Complete Fulfilment By Clicking The Done Button

When I have tried to change the activity assigned to I am getting similar error messages:
Unable to complete fulfillment by clicking the done button:
1. Login to Fins OUI -> Create an auto correspondence on a contact
2. Go to Administration - Document -> Correspondence Template
New File -> .doc file
3. Go to Correspondence-> My Correspondence Requests -> select template and Submit
4. Login with other user
5. Go to Fulfillment -> Fulfillment List -> Press Done button
If inactivate the BC Action user property "IS Autofill: Contact BC" with the value "Contact User", these errors do not appear.
