After ugrade to IP2015 Siebel CTI application is not in focus, and it does not bring Siebel screento front.

We are currently upgrading from 220.127.116.11 to IP2015 patchset 8. So I have a question on CTI functionality, in 18.104.22.168 when a call is attended through IVR, even if the Siebel application in the not in focus it will bring the siebel screen in front. But after IP2015 upgrade this functionality is missing, So is there a workaround for this one?
