Updating a Filed in Opportunity Screen Causes Synchronization Conflict

Symptoms

On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, CRM Desktop for Outlook version 3.9.0

When attempting to modify an existing Opportunity in CRM Desktop synchronization conflict error appears

ERROR
-----------------------
In CRM Desktop synchronization panel the following error can be spotted: "The following records have been changed in Siebel since the last synchronization, causing a conflict with your changes."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run CRM Desktop. Complete first sync
2. Create opportunity. Add a child product.
3. Save.
4. Run Sync
5. Open the opportunity created on step 2 and change any filed: e.g. set Probability 50%
6. Save & sync
