Information in this document applies to any platform.
New created Daily Hours Records in Time Sheet are not saved. This behavior was reproduced in support with the below steps:
- Log in Siebel Callenter_enu.
- Site map -> Time sheets.
- Create a new Time sheet and drill down on it.
- In the child applet Details-Daily Hours create a new record.
- save the new record.
- Go back to your Time Sheet record and drill down
- Note the Daily Hours record is not longer present.
