ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Modify Order generates unwanted Line Items when Customized and Done without making change in eConfig in which Product with AutoExplode Flag is True used in Constrain Product Quantity


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Modify Order should not change Action Code of Line Items when customized and done without making any changes in eConfig

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Promotion Test
CP-A
|--CP-B
|----B1 - Relation ProdB1
|----B2 - Relation B1, Auto Explode flag is true
|----B3 - Realtion B2, Auto Explode flag is true

2. Create Constrain Product Quantity as "The quantity of B3 from Realtion B2 = (B2 from Relation B1 when B1 from Relation ProdB1 is selected, otherwise 0)" for CP-B customizable product

3. Created Order and Added Promotion with CP-A, CP-B. Under CP-B selected B1 with Qty 1 and B2 Qty is 3, automatically B3 is selected with Qty 3 and click on Done button
4. 7 Line items are created under CP-B product in which 1 Line Items for B1,
3 Line Items for B2, 3 Line Items for B3, submitted Order and clicked on Auto Asset
5. From Account Summary>>Installed Asset click on Modify promotion, Modify order is created with Action Code (-)
6. Click on Customize button selecting CP-A, Product configurator is launched.
7. Further customized CP-B, under Message section I can see B3 is deleted. Didn't done any changes clicked on Done button
8. Extra 3 line items for B3 with Action Code 'Delete¿ and other Line Items for B3 with action code 'Add¿ is added for Order Line items
