Goal

Is there a way to send the report PDF (as created through BIP) as an attachment to the SOA layer via a web service.

The OOB BO (Report Output BO), Business Component (Report Output BC) and Integration Object (BIP Report Output Administration) do not have Attachment setup that is seen in other objects such as Service Request or Account.

Is there any OOB IO way that can be used to get a BIP Report sent as part of an outbound Web Service integration?
