Gateway Cluster Service in Failed Status

Information in this document applies to any platform.
No Errors in Siebel logs.
Configure the gateway in active/passive mode on a MSFT Cluster.
Add the Siebel Gateway Generic Service to Cluster.
Create Siebel services on node2 by running cluster bat file.
Export ODBC setting from node1 and created ODBC connection on node2
Try to startup the Gateway Cluster Service.
Gateway fails to come up Online on both the Nodes whereas when starting from Windows Services there is no issue.
