After running ProductConfigurator WS for a modified order, line items with Action Code set as "Delete" are deleted from the order items when using ProductConfigurator WS.

The issue can be reproduced as follows:

Product Structure:

|__ Child A
|__ Child B
|__ Child C
|__ Child D

1. Create a sales order
2. Add product Root
3. Customize it and add child products, Child A, Child B and Child C
4. Generate an asset for this order
5. Modify the order
6. Configurator is opened with Child A, Child B and Child C added
7. Remove Child C
8. Click on Done and configurator is closed
9. New Order is created as follows:

Product             Action Code
Root                 -
|__ Child A        -
|__ Child B        -
|__ Child C       Delete

10. Now run ProductConfiguratorWS in the above modified order as follows:

BeginConfiguration with LOAD passing the required input arguments
UpdateConfiguration with method AddItem to add Component Product Child D and
SaveInstanceFlag = N
EndConfiguration with SaveInstanceFlag = Y

ABO = TRUE for AOM and EAI Object Manager

The above calls add component product Child D successfully to the modified order however Child C got deleted from the database.

New order structure is as follows:

Product           Action Code
Root               -
|__ Child A      -
|__ Child B      -
|__ Child D     Add

If you run configurator via UI in this modified order to add Component Child D, Child C is not deleted upon leaving the configurator session. This behavior is only occurring when using ProductConfiguratorWS.
