Issue On Creation Of New Record In Custom Business Component (Doc ID 2165045.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.7 [21238] version, Installation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating new record directly on custom BC MTN Prepaid Service Modification ,its not allowing to create the record .

While inserting the record its not able to capture the Created and Created By columns which is required at table level.

Below error is appearing:

[2] ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("SIEBEL"."CX_PP_SRVC_MD_X"."CREATED_BY")

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No error should appear, record should get created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to MTN – Miscellaneous Function screen from Site Map
2. Go to Bulk Blacklist/Un-Blacklist View
3. Click on New Button ,for creating new record
4. Select Transaction Type.
5. Drill down on Batch ID Field.
6. Error appears
