In the query mode of the list applet, the buttons, Go (->), Cancel (X), and Query Assistance are not showing.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch the Siebel eConsumersector_enu application.
2. Go to Site Map > Settlements.
3. Drill down on an existing settlement or create a new settlement, if needed.
4. In the child view "resolution", click the Query button.
Note that the Cancel, Query and Go buttons are missing.
