More Than 1000 Character Is Getting Hanged In Siebel 8.1.1.14 Patchset 9 With SNAC 11.0 (Doc ID 2165399.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
More than 1000 character is getting hanged in Siebel 8.1.1.14 Patchset 9 with SNAC 11.0

We faced the Siebel application (8.1.1.14 Patchset9) after upgrade with SQL Server Native Client 11.0, It happened in many places within application and we do had raised three SR and finally we came to know that SNAC is causing this problem and reverting to SQL Server Native client 10.0 resolved the issue.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Application should not hung

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log in to application - Public sector

2. navigate to --> Cases --> case list and create a case and then drill down -->
lower applet select Note and then create a note which is more than 1000
characters

3. then save the record.

4. Once saved step out and select activities or access Case List and select
same Case and drill down and then select Case Note --> HLS Case Note View

Application hung and not response until you kill the session explicitly

Due to this issue, users cannot retrieve session after application hung.
