Changing The Case-Service Plan Goal Start Date, Updates All Associated Activities Under The Goal

Changing the Case-Service Plan goal start date,updates all associated activities under the goal
When we change the start date of the Case Management Service Plan goal the start date, on all the associated activities attached to it will be changed to reflect the new start date.
Steps to reproduce:
1) go to Cases screen
2) then navigate to Plans - Service Plans view
3) change the planned start date in service plan goals list applet (make sure there is at least one record in the activities applet under service plan goals list applet.
4) we could observe that start date in the activities list applet getting changed with the value entered in planned start date of the goal
Verified the same in Siebel vanilla application as well and the issue is reproducible.
When we change the start date of the Case Management Service Plan goal the start date, on all the associated activities attached to it should not be changed to reflect the new start date.
