On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, Order Management
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- Customer recently upgraded from 8.1.1.11 to IP 15.10. After the upgrade, they were facing issue in Upgrade Promotion. It takes more than 30 minutes to open the "ISS Promotion Upgrade Popup Applet". Sometimes, it does not even open the pop-up applet.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- ISS Promotion Upgrade Popup Applet should open faster
