Error SBL-DAT-00498 When Executing Reports BS ScheduleReport Method (Doc ID 2168220.1)

Symptoms

Using ScheduleReport method from Reports Business Service documented in Doc ID 1425724.1: "Siebel BI Publisher Reports Business Service (8.1.1.7+)" Technical Brief, the following error is received when trying to execute through Business Service > Simulator:

[1] Error running sub-process 'BIP Create Report Output' at step 'New Report Output'.(SBL-BPR-00183)
[2] Error updating business component at step '<?>'.(SBL-BPR-00187)

  Looking at detailed log file, the following errors are found:

SBL-DAT-00498: 'ReportOutputFileName' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field.

and

SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'XMLP Driver Service', method 'GenerateBIPReport' at step 'GenerateBIPReport'.
Setting runtime value of property 'Namespace: 'USER' Name: 'Error Code' Datatype: 'String'' to:
(SBL-BPR-00162)--(SBL-DAT-00498)
Setting runtime value of property 'Namespace: 'USER' Name: 'Error Message' Datatype: 'String'' to:
