Error While Installing Patch 19285025 For Oracle LDAP Client (Doc ID 2168722.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, Installation

When attempting to apply the patch 19285025,
the following error occurs.




ERROR

Prerequisite check "CheckPatchApplicableOnCurrentPlatform" failed.
The details are:
Patch ( 19285025 ) is not applicable on current platform.
Platform ID needed is : 46
Platform IDs supported by patch are: 226
[ Error during Prerequisite for apply Phase]. Detail: ApplySession failed during prerequisite checks: Prerequisite check "CheckPatchApplicableOnCurrentPlatform" failed.
Log file location: /siebel/ldaporacleclient/11.2.0/client_1/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatch2016-08-02_16-36-12PM.log

Recommended actions: This patch is not suitable for this platform. Please make sure you have selected the right platform.

1. Download the 19285025 software for Linux x86_64 from Patches & Updates
2. Review the README file
2. Set Oracle Home
3. Execute the opatch apply command as described in README file in order to install the patch
