BIP Report Does Not Open/Save After Submitting in HI application 18.104.22.168

After generating a report by pressing the Submit button in Output Type popup, report will be generated successfully but it will not display the open/save dialog box. If you navigate to My BIP Reports view, the report was generated successfully and the report can be opened from there.
Issue started after setting Siebel Reports integration in 22.214.171.124.
