We have installed Desktop Integration Siebel Agent 2.0.13(Patch 23596987) in our local system(which has 64-bit OS) successfully but after installation, keystore (disa.jks) and certificate (disa.der) files are not getting generated under “<CURRENT_DISA_HOME>/DesktopIntSiebelAgent” folder path and DISA Icon in Task Tray is not getting displayed.
We are following the instruction guidelines from Doc ID 2107511.1 where it is mentioned that disa.jks and disa.der should be generated for first time setup as well as DISA Icon in Task Tray should be displayed on post installation.
How can we get these files and get the DISA Icon in Task Tray displayed?
- We have Administrator right on the machine
- We are currently using Windows 7 (64-bit OS)
