LOV Dropdown Is Not Working After Upgrading To IP16 (Doc ID 2169549.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from IP2013 TO IP2016, the LOV Dropdowns are not working

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch Hospitality Open UI application using IE 11 or Chrome
2. Navigate to Opportunities (or any BC with a dropdown) > Opportunities List: All Opportunities Across Organizations
3. Drill down on an Opportunity
4. Click Meeting LOV.

Result: Dropdown does not pop up.

5. Manually type a value in the LOV

Result: This activates the dropdown with the entered value.
