Siebel installed with Oracle iPlanet as Web Server not Working

On : [21229] version, System Admin


Siebel installed with Web Server Oracle iPlanet was not working . The web servers suddenly stopped working for a long time, then started running and stopping. The behavior was intermittent.

The issue was consistently happening in the customer server affecting the performance severely.

Performance was also affecting the following resources:

1) iPlanet hanging;
2) Customer authentication;
3) EAI Data Map execution;


 No Changes were recently processed in the Environment.
