Synchronize and Crash Issue With New IIR 9.5.3 HF2 Installation (Doc ID 2169807.1)

Symptoms

PRODUCT VERSIONS:

SIEBEL VERSION: Siebel 8.1.1.11.8 [IP2013]IIR 9.5.0 HF1
DATABASE VERSION: Oracle 11.2.0.4
SIEBEL APP O/S: Linux x86

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------------------
New IIR 9.5.3 HF2 version, after installation and integration with Siebel could see it is crashing. Also NSA table is stuck to process records.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Install new IIR 9.5.3 HF2 environment

2. Integrate with Siebel by copying all IIR specific .so files to siebel and other configuration changes

3. While creating / modifying contacts, siebel OM is crashing

4. Also records are stuck at NSA table . not moving to IDT table
