Numbered List Font Type Doesn't Match The Selected Font In CKEditor (Doc ID 2169827.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating an email either using a template or typing directly within the CKEditor, the font of numbered lists always defaults to Times New Roman.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When creating an email either using a template or typing directly within the CKEditor, the font of numbered lists should not always default to Times New Roman.

The font of the numbered list should be consistent with the rest of the text, as per the font selected by the user.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Configure outbound eMail functionality in Siebel;
2) Use F9 to sent an outbound eMail;
3) Under CKEditor, type some text with some numbered list items and set the whole text font to Tahoma;
The text may look like this:
Tahoma text
1. List item 1
2. List item 2
3. List item 3
