Emails Are Not Getting Pull From POP3 Server (Doc ID 2169860.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel, Inbound Emails are not getting pull from POP3 server.

In the POP3 logs, following error appears:

POP3SMTP[08/05/2016 16:35:45:306]:ERROR:POP3 PASS error: -ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
