Date Is Not Highlighted In Date Picker When Navigated Using Arrow Keys

Date is not highlighted in calendar when navigated using arrow keys (Key Board Shortcuts).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Start Siebel Public Sector Application or Siebel Call Center
2) Navigate to any screen or view with date fields.
3) Click on date field and press F2. Date picker opens with today's date highlighted (07/26/2016).
4) Press right arrow twice and hit enter. Date is not highlighted but picks the (07/28/2016) which is expected behavior.
